Villa on two levels located a few metres from the beach of Marina di Sorso, close to the village, composed of 3 bedrooms, 2 located on the ground floor and a third on the upper floor, with a large living room with fireplace, bathroom with shower and kitchenette.

The villa has a large terrace with sea view and a covered patio where you can have lunch and dinner in front of the beach.

The villa facing the sea has direct access to the shoreline. The beach in front of the accommodation varies its characteristics from year to year depending on the sea weather: sandy, pebbly or covered with seaweed. However, for lovers of sand, there are some of the most beautiful beaches in North Sardinia within a 5 km radius. Within a radius of 60 km there are some of the most beautiful tourist resorts in Sardinia: Castelsardo, Stintino, Alghero, Badesi, Valledoria, Isola Rossa etc.
In the house there is a fireplace, external barbecue, woodshed, laundry, swing.

Centrally located on the coast of the Gulf of Asinara, the resort of Marina di Sorso is about halfway between Porto Torres and Castelsardo, and offers its long sandy expanse surrounded by the emerald waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea and the green of the Mediterranean maquis that quilting the sand dunes of the coastline, surrounds everything with its pleasant natural setting.

Marina di Sorso is easily reached thanks to its proximity to Porto Torres, connected by ferries departing from Genoa and Marseille. Marina di Sorso is also close to Sassari, of which it is one of the most famous beaches together with that of Platamona.

The climate in Marino di Sorso is perfect for a holiday during the summer season, when the coastal resorts of the Gulf of Asinara are filled with holidaymakers who come to enjoy the wonderful and uncrowded sea of Platamona, Marina di Sorso and the nearby Eden Beach.

Summer is a long season, starting in May and ending in mid-October with little or no rain or wind. Temperatures in July and August are slightly higher than 30°, and the sea water is around 24 °C in July and August.

The long beach surrounded by the remarkable greenery of the coast attracts many holidaymakers. It is the natural continuation of the beach of Platamona, which extends wide to the west of Marina di Sorso. The beach then continues towards the east, joining the beach of Eden Beach, near Maritza.

The locality of Marina di Sorso takes its name from the town of Sorso, which is located in a more defiladed position in the centre of the territory of Sassari, at an altitude of about 136 m, on a hillside next to Sennori. These two localities are surrounded by a fertile nature, where the cultivation of olives and wine dominates.

Calm neighborhood close to the center of Alghero and the beaches

The villa is a few kilometres from Sassari, Castelsardo, Costa Smeralda, Alghero and Costa Paradiso. The villa is situated in a strategic position to reach the most famous destinations in North Sardinia.

This is an ideal house for those who love a holiday in absolute privacy, but only a few minutes' drive from the centre of fun.

The car is necessary to reach the villa, to do the shopping, to reach the town of Alghero which is located a short distance away. In addition, the car is necessary to go to the discovery of the coasts and beaches. The car is necessary for excursions to discover Sardinia.
In Sorso you can visit the beautiful church of Noli me tollere and the Billellera fountain, while along the road to Sassari is the archaeological site of the medieval village of Geridu.

How to get there:
Once in Porto Torres, follow the road to the east called Sp81, which leads along the coastline to Maritza. Marina di Sorso is located about 16 km away from Porto Torres.
