The stunning, rustic-style villa is completely immersed in the green hills of Alghero and a short distance from the wonderful beaches of Sardinia.

Villa Mirta is surrounded by Mediterranean maquis and olive groves, it envelops guests in the warmth of summer bonfires, inebriates the senses with the scents of the unspoilt nature that surrounds it, and is a paradise for lovers of tranquillity, for those seeking an intimate place to spend quality time with family and friends.

Villa Mirta is a villa with earthy colours, beamed ceilings and large outdoor spaces, with barbecue and relaxation areas in the beautiful garden surrounding the swimming pool.

The villa has 2 kitchens, the first smaller one equipped with a kitchenette and oven, fridge and large breakfast table, the second is a large professional kitchen, suitable for even the most demanding chefs, equipped with a gas hob, fryer, professional grill, large oven and majestic wood and steel furnishing hood. At guests' disposal: dishwasher, toaster, kettle, freezer, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, pots and pans.
The indoor dining areas have warm wooden beams and tables and chairs for all guests. Flat-screen satellite TV and sofas. Wifi available throughout the house

There are a total of 9 bedrooms, furnished with rustic furniture, solid wood doors and beamed ceilings; in total there are six double rooms with private bathroom with bath or shower and three rooms with 2 single beds each and a private bathroom.

The villa is built using bio-construction, which ensures constant natural air circulation, keeping the interiors cool in summer and warm in winter. For this reason, you will not find air conditioning listed among the amenities or shown in the photos.

The total capacity is 18 people, to which 2 children can be added with a cot supplement.
The rooms have a unique layout: each room has a private entrance directly from the garden and the swimming pool, in the villa there are no internal corridors connecting the various rooms, in this villa privacy is guaranteed.

In the gardens you will find authentic Sardinian plants and flowers surrounding the verandas and the patio, with outdoor sofas that can also be used for events, are the highlight of the villa.
The barbecue will be the star of a unique holiday dedicated to conviviality.

The swimming pool (6x10) is surrounded by greenery and is open from the end of April to mid-November. There is also an outdoor shower , sun loungers and a gazebo.

The access to the villa is in breached ground for about 40 metres from the main road.

Within the property there is a large car park, for a comfortable and safe holiday.

Essential services such as grocery stores, bars and restaurants are just over 5 km from the villa. The beach 'Lido Alghero' is 13km away.

To be paid on arrival in cash the security deposit of €1000,00 to protect against possible damages.
The security deposit will be refunded on departure provided that the house has not been damaged and is returned in order.
