Villa Flamingo is spread over two floors connected by an internal staircase. On the upper floor, you’ll find the living room with an open-plan kitchen and a large covered veranda, furnished with a table and chairs overlooking the lush garden. The ground floor houses the 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers (one of which is en-suite), and a second large living room with a library and large windows opening onto the garden’s covered veranda.

All rooms are designed to guarantee maximum comfort and privacy. The spacious suites, furnished with high-quality materials and design details, offer direct access to the garden through the large window in the ground floor living room. Each room has a double bed, and one of the bedrooms features an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the outdoor spaces, creating the perfect balance between elegance and nature. The other two suites share a large bathroom with a shower.

In the Main House, the first floor opens onto a large living room with large windows that flood the interiors with natural light. The modern, fully equipped kitchen connects directly to the outdoor dining area, making it easy to host meals with friends and family. On the ground floor, the private suites offer intimate spaces, each with access to the second living room and garden through the large windows, creating a seamless connection with the surrounding landscape.

The SPA and gym
The SPA is located next to the pool and includes a whirlpool bath and sauna. The gym has a treadmill, private bathroom and private terrace overlooking the garden and pool. The sauna can accommodate 3 persons, while the hot tub is designed for 2 persons.
