Villa Duchessa is a classically styled manor house located in one of the most beautiful and panoramic settings in Alghero.
The villa is situated on a hill close to the city centre (which can be reached on foot), surrounded by centuries-old olive trees.
The villa consists of two floors, and houses inside 3 bedrooms (two doubles and one twin) for a total of 8 beds (plus 2 additional single beds), two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub), large fully equipped kitchen, living room on the lower floor and panoramic sea view living room and covered veranda on the upper floor.
The veranda is furnished with tables and chairs and is the ideal place to gather with the family, al fresco, after a day at the beach.
The house lacks nothing, the television is equipped with HDMI.
In the large, enclosed garden, furnished with a sun umbrella, table and chairs, you will also find a barbecue to grill with family and friends for relaxing and happy evenings with a breathtaking view.

We leave our guests the maximum freedom and discretion but we are always available if they need us.

The villa is located close to the town of Alghero, in the locality of San Giuliano.
A car is necessary, otherwise we recommend the use of scooters.
Tourist tax to be paid upon arrival in cash.
The security deposit of €400,00 to be paid upon arrival in cash. to protect against any damage.
Additional costs:
- Animal supplement: € 10 per day
- Electricity: €0.50 per Kw/h (total to be quantified at checkout)
