These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern the use of the services offered by ClickSardegna (hereinafter "Provider") and apply to all transactions and business relationships between Provider and its customers (hereinafter "Customers").
The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective from the time of their publication on the Supplier's website.
The prices of the services offered by the Supplier are those published on its website at the time of booking by the Client. Prices are in Euros and include fees.
The Supplier reserves the right to change the prices of its services at any time. If prices are changed, the prices related to the time of the reservation will remain in effect.
Payment for the reservation shall be made by the Client in the manner determined by the Supplier at the time of the reservation.
When booking the STANDARD rate, the Client may cancel the reservation up to [60] days before the scheduled arrival date upon written request to the Supplier. In case of cancellation, the Supplier will refund the Client the amount paid, minus 18%+VAT.
When booking the NON REFUNDABLE rate, the customer pays the full amount at the time of booking. The non-refundable rate has a discounted price compared to the Standard rate. By booking the non-refundable rate, the customer accepts that there is no refund in case of cancellation and/or non-arrival.
The Supplier will not be liable for any damages, defaults, problems or losses suffered by the Customer while using the services offered by the facility, for which the facility and the owners remain solely responsible as service providers.
These Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Italian law. Any dispute arising from the application of these Conditions will be submitted to the competent court of Sassari.
