This privacy statement is provided pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter "GDPR") and national legislation on the protection of personal data to those who consult the ClickSardegna portal (hereinafter also "Portal").

This information does not concern other websites that may be consulted by the user through links on the Portal.

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
The personal data collected through the Portal are as follows:
Navigation data: the computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Portal acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the Portal, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment.

Data provided voluntarily by the user: the optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this Portal involves the acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.

PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
The personal data collected through the Portal are processed for the following purposes:
Provide the services you request and manage your requests.

Market statistics and analysis, including the creation of profiles for marketing purposes.

Sending commercial communications, newsletters, promotions and information on products or services offered by the company.

Manage user comments and reviews on holiday homes published on the Portal.

The data collected through the Portal are processed at the company's operational headquarters and in any other place where the parties involved in the processing are located.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD
The personal data collected through the Portal are kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected and, in any case, for no more than 10 years from collection.

RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES
Under the GDPR, users can exercise the following rights:

- obtain updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data; obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
- obtain the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment is proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right; - oppose, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
- oppose, in whole or in part, the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
