The Mir el Mar penthouse is a spectacular flat located right in the centre of Alghero, overlooking the gulf and Capocaccia, a paradisiacal promontory in the North West of Sardinia, along the Coral Riviera.

Located right in the centre of Alghero, the penthouse offers breathtaking views from virtually every living space and bedroom. The sunsets over the sea will give you a different feeling every day.

Given the location in the centre of Alghero near the sea, a car is not necessary although it is recommended for excursions outside the province.

The flat has no reserved parking, but for those who require it as an extra cost we can rent a garage at a cost of 15 € per day.

The Mir el Mar penthouse has huge terraces, some of which are covered and shaded, and tastefully furnished. On the terrace we provide a barbecue which is delivered clean and must be returned clean without any ash residue.

Sofas, tables, deckchairs, rocking chairs, have been designed to ensure maximum relaxation. The large outdoor tables for 10 people and the many cosy corners contribute to the comfort and charm of the outdoor spaces, suitable for large numbers of people or for those who want to enjoy a moment of privacy.

The attic, with a 220 sqm terrace with sea view and an interior of 100 sqm, located on the fourth floor with lift, has 3 bedrooms (one quadruple and one with a French bed), 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub) and can easily accommodate 8 people. If you wish to use the double sofa bed in the living room, the number of people can be increased to 10.

The house is perfectly designed to enjoy the spectacular views and breathe in the fresh Sardinian air. The main body of the house features a large living room with sea views, relaxation area, large kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Inside, the penthouse balances modern comforts with the charm of vintage furnishings, including original artwork and classic-style furniture.

The penthouse is equipped with air conditioning, a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, oven, microwave, and a kitchen suitable for the finest chefs. All rooms are air-conditioned. Bed linen and towels provided.

The penthouse is located right in the centre of Alghero, next to a small beach with turquoise and emerald waters and just a minute's walk from the cycle path and promenade to the local restaurants in the centre of Alghero.

Visit nearby Bosa with its stunning views and ancient castle or venture into the Porto Conte nature park or the city's Catalan square.

In Alghero you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to places to visit and activities to do.

As well as the famous beaches and snorkelling spots, you can hire a boat or choose to go on catamaran excursions.

We leave our guests the maximum freedom and discretion but we are always available if they need us.

The car is not necessary in the city but it is necessary to go to the discovery of the coasts and the beaches. The car is necessary for the excursions to the discovery of Sardinia.
