This beautiful rustic-style villa is located 150 metres from the beach of Valledoria.

Villa Fillirea is surrounded by Mediterranean trees and is located in an area that is a paradise for lovers of sports such as Surfing, Kitesurfing and Windsurfing.

Villa Fillire has earthy colours, exposed beams and large outdoor spaces, with barbecue areas and relaxation areas on the covered veranda and sun loungers by the pool.

The villa is equipped with a large professional kitchen, suitable for even the most demanding chefs, with a gas hob, fryer, professional grill, large oven and majestic steel cooker hood. At guests' disposal: dishwasher, toaster, kettle, freezer, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, pots and pans.

There are a total of 7 bedrooms (all air-conditioned), furnished with rustic furniture, solid wooden doors and beamed ceilings; in total there are four double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with showers on the ground floor and three bedrooms on the upper floor are reached by an external staircase and are two doubles and one with 2 single beds each room has a private bathroom.
The total capacity is 14 people, to which 2 children can be added with a cot supplement.

The rooms have a unique layout: each room has a private entrance directly from the garden and the swimming pool, so privacy is guaranteed.

In the 500 m² garden you will find authentic Sardinian plants and flowers surrounding the verandas and patio, with outdoor sofas.

The barbecue will be the protagonist of a unique holiday of conviviality.

The swimming pool (5x10) is surrounded by greenery and open from the end of April to mid-November. There is also an outdoor shower and sun loungers.
The access to the villa is in breached ground for about 20 metres from the main road.
There is ample parking on the property for a comfortable and safe holiday.
Essential services such as groceries, bars and restaurants are less than 1 km from the villa.

A host or maintenance person is allowed to enter for maintenance of the facilities.

To be paid on arrival in cash the security deposit of €1000,00 to protect against possible damages.
The security deposit will be refunded on departure provided that the house has not been damaged and is returned in order.
