Villa Paradiso is a splendid two-storey villa for exclusive use in Alghero with tennis court, beach volleyball and five-a-side football.

The two-storey villa has 4 bedrooms (for a total of 12 beds), 5 bathrooms, garden, gazebo, barbecue with wood-burning oven for making pizzas, and a multi-purpose field where you can play tennis, five-a-side football and beach volleyball.

Villa Paradiso is immersed in the green countryside of Alghero, a luxurious and large villa that is the ideal place to spend a wonderful holiday in total relaxation, in a property with a park of 7000 square meters bordered by oleander plants and Mediterranean scrub.

The 200 sqm villa is ideal for 12 people. Eucalyptus trees and Mediterranean scrubland frame the property and guarantee total privacy throughout.

The villa consists of two floors.

Upper floor:
Large finely decorated living area with living room, dining area and wonderful fully equipped kitchen, with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, air conditioning, Wifi system. In front of the living area there is a large covered veranda facing the swimming pool: the ideal place to relax in the shade, roast and enjoy the finely furnished outdoor area with barbecue and wood-fired oven for pizzas. In front of the veranda the swimming pool provides an oasis of privacy for sunbathing or simply relaxing. The furnishings that distinguish the outdoor and indoor spaces are very refined. - There is a double bedroom with a view of the internal courtyard and a bathroom with a finely furnished shower.

On the lower floor there are three bedrooms (3 doubles, 2 of which with the addition of a bunk bed), living area with kitchen and access to the garden with choreographic marble staircase that joins the two floors and another that overlooks the large garden. - Three bathrooms with shower and laundry room.


The property is located about 4 kilometres from Alghero, close to the Sella and Mosca vineyards. A distance that even in high summer can be covered in about ten minutes at most. Ideal for 4 couples with children, a family or a group of friends.

Included in the price: Bed linen and towels. Pool and beach towels are NOT included. Air conditioning: every room is air conditioned; Wi-fi available free of charge throughout the villa, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer.

Beach and pool towels are not included.

Confirmation of check in time at least 3 days before arrival The deposit will be refunded after 3 days of departure provided that the house has not been damaged and is returned in order.

The number of guests must be communicated at the time of booking. We do not accept more guests than the number communicated.

Arrivals are preferably only accepted on Saturdays.

Balance to be paid in cash on arrival. Pets are allowed only by prior agreement with the owners.

We warrant to our guests maximum freedom and discretion but we are always available if they need us.
Animals will not be accepted unless prior authorization from the owner. The number of guests must be communicated to the booking. We do not accept more guests than the number communicated. -

Calm neighborhood close to the center of Alghero and the beaches

The car is necessary to reach the villa, to do the shopping, to reach the town of Alghero which is located a short distance away. In addition, the car is necessary to go to the discovery of the coasts and beaches. The car is necessary for excursions to discover Sardinia.

The host is allowed to enter for maintenance of facilities

Tourist tax to be paid upon arrival in cash.
