Villa Claire de Lune is located in the countryside of Alghero in the area of Tanca Farrà, close to the Sella Mosca estates and only 4km from Alghero.

The property is on two levels connected by an internal and an external staircase.

Each floor houses a kitchen and a large living room, two double bedrooms, a relaxation area and a bathroom per floor.

In total in the villa there are four bedrooms, two living rooms, two double sofa beds, two en suite bathrooms with shower, an additional outdoor shower, two indoor kitchens, an outdoor kitchen next to the barbecue, swimming pool, gazebo, parking spaces for four cars.

The property is totally enclosed by four-metre high hedges and a high dry stone wall and covers an area of 4000 mq.

The garden is designed in Mediterranean style and has plants and hedges around the perimeter to ensure maximum privacy. All around the villa there is a large and well-kept lawn.

The villa has two large covered verandas and a large gazebo in front of the pool furnished with tables and chairs ideal for enjoying the warm summer evenings and the sea breeze.

The new, ergonomically designed mattresses will allow you to wake up refreshed in well-equipped bedrooms, complete with garden views, verandas, air conditioning and eye-catching visual touches.

The two fully-equipped kitchens will ensure convivial group moments, while the spacious bathrooms feature precious ceramic and dark wood elements.

The two kitchens and the additional outdoor kitchen next to the barbecue area will satisfy even the most discerning chefs.

Outstanding extras such as the outdoor shower and poolside sun loungers will ensure that guests can make the most of the large pool that shimmers invitingly in the garden.

Dining al fresco will always be a pleasure at Claire de Lune, as the evening sun's rays drop softly to make way for lighting designed to illuminate the long wooden dining table.

With its location close to the centre and the sea, guests will be able to reach some of the island's most beautiful beaches within a few minutes' drive.

Alghero's famous water sports and underwater activities are within easy reach, and catamaran trips or dinghy hire can be arranged on request, or we can organise the famous Sardinian dinner in the villa, with roast meat or fish.
