The flat on the sea is located on the ground floor in a typical Alghero building close to the beach and has an internal living area of 75 square meters and has an outdoor area furnished with chairs and table.

The house is located directly on the Lido San Giovanni, with access to the beach (of white sand) at 30 meters.

The flat is located in an elegant and well served area, with various activities in the immediate vicinity, accessible without a car. Restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, beach, centre, are literally under the house.

The large size of the flat can easily accommodate from 6 to 7 people.

The position of this flat is enchanting, situated as it is near the sea and a short distance from the historic centre of Alghero.
