Villa Flavia seafront, in the heart of Alghero's Porto Conte Park, overlooks the Bay of Water Lilies. Its spectacular panoramic terrace will fill your eyes with every shade of blue. The colours of the sea and the vegetation are incredible, and the scent and the sound of the surf will lull your nights and you will carry forever in your heart the memory.

Inside the property there is a large living room overlooking the sea, new kitchen with all appliances and a large veranda, partly covered and shaded, with direct sea view; 3 double bedrooms; 2 bathrooms with shower; large garden, 2 parking spaces.

The villa is equipped with all the main comforts for a pleasant stay: outdoor shower, outdoor table and chairs, sun loungers, barbecue, oven, TV, radio.

The flat is close to the sea and the marina, with bar and restaurant. Ideal for those who want to really pull the plug and spend moments of absolute relaxation, lulled from inside the house, the lapping of the waves.

Close to the villa there is the village of Maristella, where there is a market, tobacconist, fresh bread, and all the main services. In front of the house there is a marina with a bar and restaurant.

The beach can be reached on foot. From the marina below the house you can rent dinghies to explore the coast of Capocaccia. The marina is also the starting point for scuba diving and diving courses.

The air-conditioned rooms at this villa are equipped with coffee/tea making facilities and a hairdryer.

All rooms have a balcony.

Furnishings include a desk chair, a dining table and a kitchen island. There is a kitchen with a refrigerator, hob, microwave and a separate dining area. Bathrooms feature shower/tub combinations and bidets.

To get to the Villa take the Sp 127 bis and turn left at the roundabout for Capocaccia and Porto Conte. The villa is a short distance away.

The car is not necessary in the city but it is necessary to go to the discovery of the coasts and the beaches. The car is necessary for the excursions to the discovery of Sardinia.
