Splendid villa on the beach for 12 people for exclusive use, immersed in a pine park bordering the white beach of "Riva dei Pini" in Santa Margherita di Pula.
The Villa is surrounded by lawn on three sides, protected by mighty pine trees and surrounded by lush Mediterranean scrub.
Santa Margherita di Pula is one of the most popular tourist destinations during the summer, a magical place capable of satisfying nature lovers and those who identify their holiday with the discovery of the traditions and history of Sardinia.
The house is large, comfortable, airy, furnished with classic criteria, with modern imagination and curiosities coming from the most disparate places.
The villa consists of 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms (5 of which with shower and one with bathtub)

The 5 bedrooms (4 of which with en-suite bathroom) are composed as follows: a bedroom with a French bed (140cm), a bedroom with two single beds, the remaining bedrooms are all double. The room with two single beds has the bathroom in front of the room and not in the room.

The 3 bedrooms on the upper floor are 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 separate beds, the double bedrooms have a private bathroom, dressing room and terrace. While the double room has a bathroom facing the room.

On the ground floor a double bedroom with French bed and personal bathroom with dressing room overlooks the veranda and the garden.

The adjacent annex with double bedroom, bathroom and dressing room also overlooks the garden.
The reception capacity of the villa is a maximum of 12 people. Eleven people with a baby in a cot.
Upon entering, on the ground floor, you are greeted by a spacious living room with fireplace and large windows on each side, a library with a vast selection of books in various languages, a reading area, a guest bathroom, and adjoining, the dining room. dining room that opens onto a small internal garden furnished with bench, cushions and succulents. In front of the dining room, the kitchen makes a beautiful display, with the yellow sideboard from the 1950s alongside the latest generation technical furniture.
To the side, a delicate double bedroom, with French bed, French window onto the veranda, dressing room and bathroom. Close to the bedroom, overlooking the garden, there is an independent annex, with a double bedroom, dressing room and bathroom. The other bedrooms with bathrooms are upstairs.
The whole house overlooks the vast covered veranda; bright during the day, fascinating in the evening due to a clever play of lights, it offers suggestive and relaxing corners for TV, reading and rest. The veranda is furnished with soft sofas, cozy armchairs, tables of different sizes, very suitable for aperitifs and dinners with friends; It has a fixed brick barbecue and a mobile one, which can be placed wherever you want (with caution and attention to the environment).
Along the veranda, a small, useful laundry room completes the equipment of the house; a contained drying rack with space for beach items; external shower and bathroom.
The Villa has direct access to the sea and the beach, immersed in a large private park within the Riviera dei Pini, bordering magical beaches (Baia di Chia, famous for the white sand dunes, for the transparency of the water and the play of lights on the seabed; Su Giudeu, Cala Cipolla, Porto Zafferanu, Capo Teulada: its rocky spur is the southernmost point of the island and flows directly into the sea.

The beach in front of the house can be reached on foot.

A short distance from the villa there is a shopping center with supermarket, butcher, fishmonger, newspaper-tobacconist, pizzeria, restaurant and ice cream shop, parking.
The town of Pula is about 12 minutes away by car, the Bay of Chia with its equally beautiful beaches is about 10 minutes from the villa.

Guests will find free Wifi, brochures and texts indicating the dates and places of the artistic and cultural events of the period, the precise explanation for carrying out the SEPARATE COLLECTION of waste and rubbish according to current regulations and the designated containers; the addresses of shops selling artisanal and food and wine products typical of Sardinia, sporting goods and car rental, dinghies, water skis etc. basic equipment for the beach near the house.
At check in, an inventory to be signed is given together with the keys. The check regarding the state of the house is carried out at check out. If everything is in order the security deposit will be returned.

No pets are allowed
Separate waste collection must be carried out correctly - In case of rubbish left at home, a penalty of €15 per rubbish bag will be requested.
Inside the house there is an absolute ban on smoking. We also ask our guests not to sit on the cushions with wet clothing and not to bring sand into the showers, to prevent the drain from clogging.

Tourist tax to be paid upon arrival in cash.
The security deposit of €600.00 must be paid in cash upon arrival to cover any damage.
