In a corner of paradise, a couple of kilometres from the fascinating beach of "Li Cossi", we are waiting for you in our splendid three-roomed apartment in Sardinian stone, literally suspended over a breathtaking panorama with a swimming pool for the exclusive use of our guests.

The villa consists of a central body in granite stone, living room with sofa bed, complete and functional kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin with bunk beds), 2 bathrooms with shower + outdoor solar shower next to the pool, covered veranda, garden with exclusive pool and outdoor furniture, barbecue.

The house includes 2 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 people, 2 bathrooms, panoramic terrace where you can stay, equipped with table, chairs and sitting area.

From the terrace, a small stone staircase leads to an exclusive relaxation area totally surrounded by greenery and granite rocks where you can read a book or simply enjoy the spectacular view.

Near the front entrance there is a practical barbecue, illuminated by LED lights, which can be used to cook tasty grills.

The house is equipped with solar outdoor shower, complete kitchen (oven - fridge - washing machine - television).

The real jewel, however, is the wonderful swimming pool, for exclusive use, with spectacular views of the sea and sunsets.

The villa is situated in a very panoramic context, perfectly integrated in the typical rocky nature of Costa Paradiso.

The SPORTING CLUB (swimming pool, tennis courts, dancing club, bar, restaurant) is 500 metres away.

900 m away is the small shopping centre "Li Nibbaroni" with butcher's shop, grocery store, newsagent, parapharmacy, bars and restaurants.

The sandy beach of Li Cossi can be reached in 5 minutes by car and then in 10 minutes on foot along a scenic path. On site there are various activities such as diving courses, boat hire, tennis, trekking and others.

At the Sporting Center of Costa Paradiso you can enjoy various sporting activities such as tennis and five-a-side football. In addition, the animation team organises dance and fitness courses.
