The villa, located a few kilometres from Alghero, is close to the village of Fertilia and a few minutes' drive from the beaches of Le Bombarde and Maria Pia, the most beautiful on the Coral Riviera. The house, ideal for 8/10 people, is arranged on 2 communicating floors and is recommended for those who need privacy and tranquillity.
The villa is located in the middle of a large lawn with olive and palm trees, is on two floors, each floor has a living room and a full kitchen (the dishwasher is on the upper floor) making it ideal for 2 families or groups of friends who wish to enjoy a family holiday in complete privacy.
The washing machine is located in the laundry area. The villa has air conditioning and WiFi internet.
Villa Serena has a total of 4 bedrooms (3 doubles and one twin with 3 single beds), 3 bathrooms with shower.
The villa, furnished with great care, is very bright thanks to the large windows overlooking the swimming pool and the large windows in the living room, which look out onto the covered veranda and lawn, with a breathtaking view of the magnificent garden with outdoor veranda equipped with barbecue, table and chairs, ideal for dining al fresco and there is also a comfortable bathroom.
In the lawn, in front of the veranda is the private swimming pool (16m x 5m) with a lower part suitable for children and an upper part where you do not touch.
The location of the villa, very close to the city centre, is very quiet, but not isolated.
Please note that services are weekly. Animals are allowed with extra charge, subject to prior notice and approval.
