Maximum privacy in this lush detached villa located on the slopes of a hill in the Valverde area of Alghero.

On the ground floor is the heart of the house, large living room, kitchen equipped with all appliances, a bright veranda room with living area connected with the spacious and well-equipped kitchen and open to verandas that overlook the garden facing the pool, an ideal space where everything is usable: barbecue, ping pong table, wood-burning oven, benches and seating strategically placed to gaze at the splendid skyline that can be admired just beyond the valley that surrounds the property, interwoven with sinuous waves that overlap and chase each other endlessly, declined in the thousands of shades of green, red and yellow of the fields until the profiles of the hills can be glimpsed in the distance.

Interior
Large living room with fireplace and working piano. A very comfortable double sofa bed in the living room is ideal for additional guests.
On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, television and barbecue.

THE POOL.
Rectangular in shape, for exclusive use as is the entire property, it is 6 x 12m wide with a depth ranging from 1.20m to 1.80m.
Pool cleaning is done every evening after 7:30 p.m.
The pool is open from April 01 to October 31

It is accessed through a beautiful half-moon shaped staircase. The pool is set on a terrace at a slightly lower level in front of the villa and is framed on the front by the olive trees that surround the property. All around is a large area shaded by trees and accessorized with sun loungers, deck chairs, and a sun shower.

Chlorine sanitized and equipped with indoor spotlights, the pool will be available from late March until late October.

Room A - double bed, air conditioning, large window overlooking garden and pool, private rain shower.

Bedroom B - 2 Single Beds + additional single bed, air conditioning, side access to rear terrace furnished with garden furniture

Bedroom C - Master Bedroom, air-conditioned, side access to rear terrace furnished with garden furniture,

Bathroom 1 - Shower in the suite room on the upper floor
Bathroom 2 - Yellow bathroom in the hallway on the upper floor
Bathroom 3 - Light blue bathroom next to the hall and kitchen on the lower floor

The exterior of villa Josephine consists of numerous spaces for outdoor relaxation and enjoyment:
- panoramic veranda facing the pool, with a dining and living area that opens onto the garden and allows comfortable enjoyment of the area.
- stone wood-burning barbecue and the immense fenced garden equipped with outdoor furniture, a perfect spot to enjoy an aperitif while rimirando the sunset over the valley.
- vast expanse of olive trees, small orchard, holm oaks, myrtle and rosemary bushes enrich the garden that stretches into the "Mediterranean scrub" that embraces the property for about an acre where rabbits live free.
- Large yard at the end of the driveway and adjacent to the farmhouse is reserved for covered parking area.
