The house is literally bathed in light, the kitchen facing the sea and the living area with a terrace with a spectacular sea view and a large roof terrace make this flat an ideal solution for families or groups of friends who wish to stay together but still have their own privacy.

The Nettuno flat consists of two independent flats with adjacent entrance doors, which can be rented together for 6 persons or individually (two-room flat for 2 persons and sea view flat for up to 4 persons); each flat has a garden. The garden is located within the spectacular and historical Catalan walls.
The two-room flat is on one floor and has a large kitchen with a sofa, a bathroom and a bedroom with a large window with access to the garden. The flat is also ideal for persons with reduced mobility.

The Seafront flat is on 2 levels: sleeping area on the ground floor with 2 double/twin bedrooms with access to the garden and bathroom; an internal staircase leads to the upper floor with the living area and the kitchen with large windows, the view of Alghero's marina and the bay is of incomparable beauty. On this floor there are balconies facing the sea, 1 bathroom, the kitchen is new, fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, freezer.

The bedrooms are all on the ground floor while the main kitchen is on the upper floor.
From 5 people will be rented the sea view apartment with the two-room apartment.
In total, the flat has a living room with a sea view, two kitchens, one on the high floor and one on the low floor, three bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a garden set in the Catalan walls.

The Nettuno flat is about 50 metres from the bus stop.
A car is not necessary given the central location and the close to all services.
The number of guests must be communicated at the time of booking, no more guests than those communicated will be accepted.

To be paid on arrival in cash the security deposit of €300.00 to protect against possible damages and the city tax.
