These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern the use of the services offered by ClickSardegna (hereinafter "Provider") and apply to all transactions and business relationships between Provider and its customers (hereinafter "Customers").

The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective from the time of their publication on the Supplier's website.

The prices of the services offered by the Supplier are those published on its website at the time of booking by the Client. Prices are in Euros and include fees.

The Supplier reserves the right to change the prices of its services at any time. If prices are changed, the prices related to the time of the reservation will remain in effect.

Payment for the reservation shall be made by the Client in the manner determined by the Supplier at the time of the reservation.

- STANDARD RATE:
Free Cancellation up to 60 Days Before Check-in Subject to a written request to the Provider. In case of cancellation, the Provider will refund the Guest the amount paid, minus 18% + VAT.
In the event of a no-show or cancellation within 60 days prior to the arrival date, the total amount paid will be retained.
After the confirmation email, no refunds will be given in the event of changes, no-shows, late arrivals, early departures, or reductions in the number of guests. The above conditions also apply in the event of unforeseen impediments or force majeure (illness, accident, extraordinary events, etc.
After booking, no refunds or adjustments are allowed if the number of guests is lower than originally indicated.
Any extra guests must be communicated and authorized prior to arrival, in compliance with the maximum allowed occupancy, and are subject to supplementary charges per night starting from the check-in date, which the Guest agrees to pay in full.
In accordance with legal requirements, all guests must be declared. The presence of undeclared guests will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund and the obligation to vacate the accommodation.



- NON REFUNDABLE RATE:
The guest accepts that the total amount is fully due at the time of booking confirmation and that no refund will be provided in case of cancellation, modification, no-show, late arrivals, early departures, or reduction in the number of guests.
The above conditions also apply in the event of unforeseen impediments or force majeure (illness, accident, extraordinary events, etc.
After the booking, no refunds or adjustments are allowed if the number of guests is lower than originally indicated.

The Supplier will not be liable for any damages, defaults, problems or losses suffered by the Customer while using the services offered by the facility, for which the facility and the owners remain solely responsible as service providers.

These Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Italian law. Any dispute arising from the application of these Conditions will be submitted to the competent court of Sassari.
