The property is 140 m² and fully equipped, so you'll have everything you need during your stay!

The penthouse has a large sea view terrace fully furnished with tables and sun loungers, deckchairs and sofas, where you can relax while watching the sea.

If you want to go for a dip in the sea, just go down to the house and there you can bathe in one of the many coves with crystal-clear sea that are located below the house.

The house is air-conditioned in summer and heated in winter.

Under the house is the terminus for the bus that goes to the beaches of the Riviera del Corallo.

The house consists of an open space lounge with sea view, 4 bedrooms (3 doubles and one with 2 single beds) and 3 bathrooms with shower. In each room there is air conditioning.

The bedrooms are 3 doubles and one twin. 2 bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom and all rooms have sea views and a terrace.

Each room has its own veranda.

The veranda overlooking the sea is the focal point of the house. The perfect place for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the open air, lulled by the sound of the sea. Precious outdoor furniture will greet you as you enter.

The location of this penthouse is enchanting, as it is situated near the sea and close to the historical centre of Alghero.

Given the enviable position of the house, it is only a short walk along the waterfront to the central square with its famous Catalan tower, the church of San Michele and San Francesco, the waterfront on the ancient Catalan walls, the harbour and the beautiful and evocative Grotta di Nettuno.
Alghero is also an excellent starting point to reach the towns of Bosa, Stintino, Castelsardo and Oristano. Moreover, thanks to Alghero's strategic position, it is possible to visit the art cities and nuraghi of the whole of northern Sardinia.
