The house overlooks the central square in the historic centre of Alghero. To get to know and spend your holidays in Alghero, you won't need a car. All the services are under the house, such as the sea, the beaches, the marina. You will only have to take a flight and your holiday will start immediately.

The historic building in which the Medina flat is located has a lift, and has a wonderful view with terraces over the central square in the historic centre of Alghero, and from the house you can walk to all the most interesting places.

From the marina you can rent a dinghy and explore the beautiful coast of the Coral Riviera or you can spend a day on a boat with a fishing excursion tourism.

The bright flat, in the heart of the historic centre, is located within a restricted traffic area, where cars are not allowed, but if you wish, for those arriving by car, there is a large public car park at a short distance, at the Piazzale della Pace, where you can park your car.

The recently renovated and air conditioned flat is located on the first floor, with lift, and has a surface of 110m². Inside there are two bedrooms (two doubles and in each room there is an additional single bed), two bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower, living room, kitchen, utility room and laundry.

The airport is only 10 km from the centre of Alghero and is easily connected with a shuttle bus service that stops only 5 minutes from the house.

Both the large open space living room and the large kitchen, have terraces overlooking the large square in the historic centre.

In the large bathroom, finely decorated, there is a Jacuzzi, double sink, toilet and bidet.
